The process is simple⬇️
1)Book a free discovery call with us
Jump on a call with one of our coaches, at your convenience. During the call, we will identify what is getting in the way of you achieving your goals, crystallise what you want to get out of coaching and map out a plan to get you there.
2)Sign up & onboarding
You will be walked through our onboarding process and set up and ready to go within 7 days (typically sooner!). Your coach will review your training data and design your individualised training plan, set up your meal schedule and macro targets and outline their decision making process in a custom Loom video. Once you receive your welcome pack and invite to our community server, you are good to go!
3)Completing the program
You follow the custom training plan written by your coach, logging your sets, reps, weights etc in our online tracking system. After you complete each training session, you are expected to check in with your coach via message, sending a session recap and video footage for assessment. Your coach will provide feedback, monitor performance and make updates as needed.
Additionally, you will need to weigh yourself and track your daily food intake using our preferred nutrition software. We will help you figure out meal scheduling, how to hit your food targets and help you determine your muscle gain and fat loss phases. Your coach will have direct access to your daily food log, with the ability to update nutrition goals and provide recommendations based on your individual needs.
4)Weekly progress review
Every single week your coach will review your training and nutrition plans. If you aren’t gaining muscle or strength as expected, we will tweak the plan to ensure you don’t waste any more time. You will be provided with comprehensive feedback and targets for the following week, based on your adherence, performance, recovery, fatigue and more.
If you’re travelling or your schedule changes at short notice, your plan will be updated to reflect the changes!
You will be sent a new week of training every single week, so the program is shaped and moulded by your unique response. No more cookie cutter plans.
5)Ongoing mentorship and community support
Your coach will be on hand every single day for guidance and support. We will work with you to optimise every area of your life to support your goals, including scheduling, organisation, productivity, sleep, recovery, discipline and more! If you have any questions or need help, replies are guaranteed within 24 hours, 7 days per week.
In addition, you will be welcomed to our athlete community Discord server. The server is home to all of our lifters who are all working towards the same goals. what types of clients do you work with?
As the name suggests, we are primarily strength coaches. We specialise in helping lifters get stronger, build muscle and become more competitive athletes. Our most common client is the intermediate lifter who has hit a wall programming for themselves or using generic training programs / AI-generated apps.
How do i receive my training and nutrition plans?
Your training and nutrition plans have been designed comprehensively on Google Sheets. The sheets are fully customisable and offer space for you to record personal info, log your training and daily nutrition, set goals, access educational content and use our wide variety of training & nutrition tools. We share the link, you edit, changes autosave, simple.
when will i receive the contents of my package?
All contents of your coaching package will be delivered within 7 days of receiving payment. As soon as payment clears, your coach will begin the onboarding process and create your bespoke training and nutrition plans. You will be kept up to date throughout the entire process, via email and message - so don’t forget to check your spam folder!
how do clients communicate with their coach?
One thing we pride ourselves on is high quality communication. Not only are clients able to interact with their coach daily via messaging and email, but we also provide frequent phone call check-ups and training block reviews. Your coach will also be monitoring your training and nutrition spreadsheets daily, viewing updates in real time!
How does the weekly check-in process work?
Once you have been allocated a weekly check-in day (Friday OR Sunday currently), you will be required to submit a weekly check-in questionnaire, a weekly update and ensure your training and nutrition logs are up to date. Your coach will then analyse training and nutrition data, assess performance and recovery, and provide detailed updates and feedback.
how is online coaching any better than face to face pt?
Traditional personal training can be great in the right context, and we still offer it at certain times. However, being limited to 1 hour PT sessions can make it difficult to have a meaningful impact on an individuals progress - it leaves 23 hours in the day un-accounted for.
